I've honestly never felt the need to do a review after an interview before. This was probably one of the driest unengaging interviews I've ever had. The interviewer seemed distant and less interested in getting to know me than staying within a 30 minute time. For an executive level interview, I am not certain the right questions were asked, or if there was real interest in me as a candidate, as no follow-up questions were asked or the desire to dig deeper. Much of what was asked could be found on my resume. The recruiter also didn't seem to have much information about the organization, it's structure or details about basic programs. I hung up feeling as if my interview was a formality to "say" a certain demographic of candidate was screened for the role, with no real desire to hire. Very disappointing, as the work this organization does is awesome.
