Pros

This work saves and changes lives. I know I am making a difference. The pay is good, the benefits are great, and you are recognized for doing good work. Good co-workers, no drama, and responsive and caring management. Great swag /t-shirts, Often provides delicious catered meals.

Cons

The work can be emotionally draining, dealing with grieving families everyday.
