Zoom interview with FNP in the practice did not know what she was hiring for and there was zero follow-up after the interview. Company seemed disorganized with their hiring intent.

Very simple, via FaceTime. They were able to set up a shadow date that week and start me with training the next. Although I did not take the job as they pay salary, and this job required 85+ hours biweekly. No PTO, no vacation time,no overtime, no holiday pay.
