Interview
The interview process with Miles Technologies is a joke. You spent so much time taking assessments and never get an actual interview with the manager to talk to you or get to know you. The whole process took 3 weeks or more to find out that you are not qualify for the job Entry Level job. The only one person (non-manager) contacted me to speak to me, ask me why am I interested working at Miles Technologies and went over with me of what the company does after taking the first assessments. The person told me the Help Desk position is an "Entry Level" position, then they will put you to do a 2 hours assessment and follow up with a phone assessment (total of 3 hours and more process). They are expecting you to know a lot of higher level technical issues than an "Entry Level". Some of those questions and scenarios are for experienced Help Desk candidates. I understand the company wanted to hire the best candidate for the position, but at the same time they are so inconsiderate of other candidate's valuable time to go through the whole process. I have spent so much time to do research, watching videos about Miles Technologies to get to know more about the company and hoping to get to speak to a manager to express my interest of how much I wanted to work for Miles. All the time and energy doing research, taking time off from work to do 3 hours worth of assessment and phone screen never get to speak to a manager.
