Miles Technologies first has you take some assessments: one is a Speed Quiz which has a multitude of math questions (they give you 5 minutes for this you are not expected to finish thus you shouldn’t look up anything), and second an IT Assessment this is all kinds of IT questions (they give 15 minutes so you can check a few things but not everything). Next, you do a phone screen with HR, if you pass that they will bring you in for an in-person interview which is very intense. The interview takes up to 3 hours: you sit down at a computer and have to fix a Virtual Machine with multiple issues, answer a number of technical questions, handle a current employee calling you while working to test your calmness on the phone, finally you meet with a senior level supervisor to talk more about technology. After you leave they review your answers and determine if they should bring you on as an employee.
