Miles Technologies has a very unique interview process, from the virtual interview with the CEO, to the personal interviews with the hiring managers. They truly work with you to find the right position for you based on your qualities, so that you may be successful in their organization. They take the time to know you, because they want you be part of their organization, if everything works out. Enjoy the process, for it is as much for the candidate as it is for the employer.

Interview
Consisted of four interviews: (1) video intro where you introduce yourself through short video and answer basic questions about yourself, (2) a bit more technical video interview where you answer pre-recorded questions, (3) manager interview where you are now actually talking with someone live about answers from #2 and such, and (4) VP interview that goes over if you will be a general fit for the position.. everyone was great and I enjoyed every step of the process!
