Submitted my application online and received two test assessments. Upon completing I received an email to set up a phone interview with a recruiting team member. The person I spoke with asked basic questions and seemed very uninterested in my responses. I asked her a few questions in regards to the position that she did not have the answer to. At the end of the call she said that they didn't have an opening for the position I had applied for (then why was it listed?), but wanted to fill an immediate developer position and they would keep my application on file.

Interview
They responded to me right away after submitting my application and going through the online tests they make you do, and we scheduled a phone conversation for the following week.
The person who was supposed to call me calls me late and already sounds unprepared. Asked very basic questions about my background and what I know about the company, all of which I answered very well. Then he proceeds to tell me that there was no imminent need in the position that I applied for, even though my experience is great. Waste. Of. Time. Should have believed the negative reviews on this site and what my friend told me about this company. They have absolute no regard for people in general.
