I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milestone Technologies
Interview
The hiring process was rushed and took place offsite. The offer letter was problematic as it took longer than expected to get the offer letter, yet Milestone wanted me to start as soon as possible. My problem was I wanted to give my previous employer 2 weeks notice and I wan't going to do that until I got my offer letter. The process as a whole was somewhat disorganized.

Interview
Nothing to write about the interview process here. It’s same as any other company. Two three rounds interview. Technical questions. Lot of discussions. That’s it. That’s it. That’s it. That’s it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milestone Technologies (Sunnyvale, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was first phone screened by the recruiter and was asked basic questions about my resume.
I then had an onsite interview scheduled with two supervisors.
The initial questions were to gauge my technical knowledge and experience, and also to test my problem solving approach to a scenario.
Then we moved onto questions regarding customer-facing scenarios, basically how I would deal with the customer.
The interview was more geared toward my problem solving strategies and mindset, as the technical processes would be later given in the training. The training was pretty thorough, but not intensive or difficult.
