The worst process possible in Portugal. Stressfully, extenuating and the results are previsible: a person will decide you are good or not. So why don't shorter the way?
Mindera has a great RH process but they send you to a technical test AND a pair programming test. That's unnecessary. Why the reason to have the first test then? Just to avoid the precious time of the tech lead?
And being evaluated by a code you give, not the way you think, it's frustrating.
Rethink the way the process, I'm good, currently working, but mind the other people that needs the job and can't wait for more than 2 weeks to get this disastrous and stressfull process.

- c# merge two arrays avoiding using linq (online) and a few unrelevant questions
- c# simulate List.Add and List.Get functions without using System.Collections, only with vectors
