Weird. 1. Phone interview 2. First stage: Take home coding -- not test related 3. Second stage: 1. very general questions about QA didn't invoved detail what challenage of testing. It feel like this postion only like junior developer as tester instead of software tester. 2. basic coding challenge - again NOT testing related, One bad thing during coding is they said it perfect to ask for help which I did since I have long time not do algorithm testing. I mainly did testing relate coding. I finished coding with tips they gave. And yet from the feedback I recevied is I am rusty in coding! Excuse Me!!! You are hiring a software tester instead of junior developer! Very unprofessional interview process!
