- cultural interview An hour conversation with HR. Quite pleasant one. - IQ test 30 minutes (you don't know how you faired at the end) - personality/psychology examination A big (+200 questions) online test - technical assignment Relatively easy assignment (mobile app) with 3 days to finish it. - technical interview Standard 30-minute interview based on the app from the previous step. - iOS lead interview Conversation (nothing technical) to see if you would fit to a team.

Interview
You are first you have a take-home assignment, that have to complete in one week.
The project consist and consuming an API where you need to architecture it the best possible way you can. You need to pay a lot attention to detail and justify your decisions
Plus: clean git log, unit test, latest Apple API’s
If the exercise meet the standards you will have technical interview where you explain your decisions, and the conversation may lead for general iOS/Swift technical questions like: memory management, tooling etc
