Mindera Senior Test Automation Engineer interview questions

I'd like to share my perspective on the interview process with Mindera, which I found to be less than satisfactory. After successfully passing the initial interview and coding examination, candidates may find themselves waiting for a month or even longer to be contacted for the next steps. It appears as though the company is gathering a pool of qualified candidates and then leaving them in limbo until a project arises. In my opinion, this approach lacks professionalism. Starting an interview process and then leaving a candidate waiting for a response for over a month is not an ideal way to handle potential hires.
