Applied and received response to set up an initial meeting approximately two weeks after applying. First meeting request was scheduled on Calendly but I was not told what format it would take place, so I emailed morning of. It was phone call only, which ran long at about 45 minutes; I was asked about my experiences, how I would handle scenarios, etc. Three days later I received request to set up a video call with additional attendees, which was scheduled for the next day. During that meeting I was asked many partially open-ended and cliche questions - little was asked about my actual experience in the storage industry. Upon my asking of details of the position, scope, procedures, region covered, etc., I was met with resistance and mostly red-flag answers such as "..we're not sure yet" and "..that's something we can address later.." - which did not sit well with me and left me with more questions. A few days later, I followed up, as there was no contact. About five days after that, I received a rejection email. I responded and thanked them for their time and asked for feedback, which I did not receive. So the process length in my case was over the span of about a month, to which there was no offer. Overall, not the worst experience, but certainly not a great experience.
