Miracle Systems interview questions

Clearly, significant improvements in their hiring / HR processes are needed. To interview in person with two members of their executive team for an hour and never even receive any kind of feedback or acknowledgement is pretty poor if you ask me. You would think that all the senior people running this company would realize the importance of properly executing the talent acquisition process. Strongly suggest implementing basic HR best practices for hiring so you don't come off as disrespectful and rude.
