Easy interview process. First a recruiter call with the manager. I asked him to schedule a convo with a high performer. Asked the performer about the job details. Then a zoom interview with the manager and his superior. The high performer also gave me a recommendation which helped me. I also name dropped their competitors which gave the impression I'm familiar with the industry. After the zoom interview, I landed the job.
