Mitchell 1 interview questions

First had an intro call with Regional Sales Manager (RSM is who will make decision beginning to end) Then had a Zoom interview with the same person later during the week. Asking me questions about background, motivations & drive. How tech savvy I was as well. How self disciplined Then I got a personality test (Supposed to highlight scores on certain natural sales skills) & a basic computer test. How to copy & paste. Use word, excel, etc… The most basic questions on that.

Go through some interviews then maybe they hire you. Not long and you have to take a personality test. Not a big deal. Try it out if you don't like getting a salary
