I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Mitchell Martin (Charlotte, NC) in May 2017
Interview
Applied for the position, was sent an email from the recruiter with a very long introduction and job description. Several words and phrases were used in all caps which was not professional. A phone interview was scheduled at the recruiter's preferred date and time. After moving my work schedule around to accommodate this recruiter's preferred time to interview, I was notified five minutes before the scheduled interview that she is cancelling. After several days of "back-and-forth" I'm notified by email the position was filled. The same position was posted a few days later.
