Walked in, immediately met with the General Manager. He gave me an application to fill out and said to come into his office when done. The application took about 10 minutes. I entered the office and he offered me a seat. He introduced me to 2 other managers in the room, then moved right into the questions. The first question was "So what do you know about Modern?" To be honest, the only way to answer this wrong is the say nothing at all or give an attitude. The interview is to judge your professionalism, manner, charisma and commitment as best as we can. The next question would be "what does the word integrity mean to you as it pertains to your work environment?". Then they'll tell you what it means to them. There will be a few more questions then you'll have the opportunity to ask questions. After the first interview you will not know if you will get a second until they finish interviewing everything and then call you back.
