      Pros

      You drive around all day.

      Cons

      Lack of communication within management as well as from management to staff. Management does not listen. Upper management only cares about selling the smart system rather than train techs to be better at skill building and problem solving. No real way to advance monetarily. $30/hour is too far out of the question unless you are willing to hustle and work sales on top of your regular expected workload.
