I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Moderna in Dec 2022
Interview
I was a referral, then a recruiter reached out for a phone screen. Then I had a one hour video interview with someone in the role. Next I completed a Moderna Mindset assessment that took about 30 mins. then was invited to a panel like interview where I had several video interviews with different team members over ~5 hours.
Although I was not offered the job, overall it was an exciting experience with an innovating and growing company. I look forward to gaining more experience and interviewing again.
