Very well organized, considerate of my time, quick turnaround time for decision following interviews, interesting questions, was not an easy interview but there were no attempts to confuse or throw you off, definitely spend the time researching the company

I was a referral, then a recruiter reached out for a phone screen. Then I had a one hour video interview with someone in the role. Next I completed a Moderna Mindset assessment that took about 30 mins. then was invited to a panel like interview where I had several video interviews with different team members over ~5 hours. Although I was not offered the job, overall it was an exciting experience with an innovating and growing company. I look forward to gaining more experience and interviewing again.
