Quick phone screening with the recruiter. A 30min interviewed scheduled via video with the hiring manager. Instead, in lieu of the hiring manager, a senior team member interviewed me. That was great. Then the recruiter followed up and said I would be moving to the FINAL round of interviews. I was scheduled multiple 30 min interviews from 11am to 5pm! Very inconvenient, so I had to take a vacation day from my current position. After all that, the recruiter reaches out to schedule ANOTHER interview with the real hiring manager. Then crickets. I followed up after 2 weeks and another 2 weeks. I received no response. They do not value people's time and are unprofessional with to string along people so far and to ignore them. After EIGHT (8) interviews, I did not not hear back and was completely ghosted. This was just for a Specialist postion; not a senior or management position. Interviewing with 8 people is overkill and a waste of people's time, including mine.

I receive an invitation to interview by video, the first interview was with the hiring manager and second interview was with a team member of that department. I enjoyed the interview, we talk about work history, experience and some hard questions. At the end of our conversation everything seem great. we end interview happy and smiling.

Interview
Prior to the interview, a representative from HR calls to speak with you about your availability to speak to the hiring manager . You then fill out some interview questions and have a personality test to see your goals are and your competencies. I think that's factored into your interview. Then I spoke with the hiring manager, followed by a full interview with the hiring manager and team. The interview consisted of another representative from HR, directors of QC and someone else working for the hiring manager.
