The interview process began with a phone interview with a recruiter. They asked very basic questions just to determine if you would be able to come to the location to complete the internship. The next interview was with the hiring manager and they are really looking for why you are passionate about that position.

The process is smooth. 2 rounds of interview for internship. The first one is with HR for screening. The 2nd one is with the hiring manager. Chatting with the hiring manager is straightforward. He knows what to do with potential interns and future projects. The company is very responsive.

Went to career fair and got a next day interview. They reached out with a zoom link and I got on the call, one round with two people. One recruiter and one manager for the apartment that I was interviewing for.
