It goes according to plan...1st, 2nd, 3rd interview and you are even being told that you are the one. I mean you know you are the one then all communication is cut off and nobody calls you back or emails you. You follow up...with no response. Sad...Nobody ever answers their phones....straight to voice mail and no call back.
