Met the Mohawk recruiting team through my University. After, they contacted me about interviewing and setting up a time here at the University that would be good for me.

They ask about your resume and why your experiences make you who you are? They are looking for genuine people and hard workers.
We did a Skype interview and then an in person interview. For the training program, you stay there for a few months with no indication of where they will send you before you accept.

Don't bother applying for a job at this company. They use an applicant tracking system & send a system generated email that is insulting as they say you don't meet the minimum qualifications when you clearly do. All they are doing is collecting resumes. Not worth the time it takes to apply.
