Did a long tour with the hiring manager and then sat down with him and the HR manager for lunch and more questions. Didn't hear anything from them the following week so I checked in and the HR manager informed me the company was going through some restructuring and the position was on hold but they were still interested in me. About a month later, I received a form letter from them that I didn't meet their qualifications.
