I was first interviewed with a telephone 1 on 1 call. I was asked basic interview questions. Then another 1 on 1 phone interview and then I was setup for a 3 panel interview.

Attended a job fair at the facility and had an in-person interview with a supervisor. Took a drug test afterwards and did job shadowing for about 30min to see what it was like. Was offered about a week later, no negotiating pay.
