Interview
Took several interviews 1 hour each. Met at their office. Interviewer included an employee to ask questions. Low pressure meetings. The manager was a big cheerleader for the company. After being hired I learned that the big leader speech was just that...talk. The reality at Mohawk is very different from what I was told about the process, accounts, etc. basically management changes their minds constantly to what mood suits them. Nepotism runs high here.
Informal very chill introductory interview. Went to lunch with them at a nice restaurant a few years ago. They were very kind and easy to get along with. They asked about my experience in the industry. We shared some information we both had about customer.
