Initial phone screening with company recruiter, then remote interview with hiring manager. Process very streamlined and expectations for the role were very clear. Hiring manager very welcoming and knowledgeable. Was not able to extend offer at this time because more qualified candidate suited the role.

Interviewed with director and several plant managers. Basic questions on experiences, expectations, etc. Was fairly laid back. Comfortable. Felt welcomed.

None really. Very forward. Interview with supervisor was very laid back. Seemed very interested and almost as if decision had been made and was more of a formality.
