Lengthy process that started with a phone screen from a recruiter in their HR Dept. The second interview was with the hiring manager followed by two more separate interviews with two different HR managers. I felt that they really did not know what they were looking for in potential candidates. The Company seems to be going through a lot of restructuring right now. Although I did not end up with an offer, I think it was a blessing in disguise. My advice to any other candidates is to clarify the interview process upfront to avoid wasting a lot of time.
