Interview
I emailed the manager of the business operation department which i found from linkedin. I had no reply for a month but was contacted by HR a month afterwards. Then, there was a phone call followed by a proper interview afterwards.

Question 1
The normal questions such as why do you want to work at moka? What do you hope to learn/achieve at moka? There was also a case based question, i was asked the following, "Since moka has access to all of client's data, which data will you use to predict a client churning?"

Interview
Initial phone interview with the HR mainly about background and experiences, and a few days later I was requested to complete an online quiz - mainly maths and logical questions. Then, I was invited to another phone interview with the Head of BusOpz for a deeper background info and some market sizing questions. Later on, I was given a case study based on real data to be analysed and was requested to present my case study in the office 2 days after. Then, I had a 'small talk' interview with the VP of Operation, and was offered the position.

Aside from the usual background and experience questions, I was asked a few market sizing questions and economic questions. eg. estimate how much (in kg) an Ice cream store has to produce the ice cream per month, etc.

Interview was split into 2 stages. First stage was a casual phone call, a few behavioural questions and a case study discussion at the end. Second stage was a presentation (was given 2-3 days to prepare a 30 minute presentation) and a math exam.
