Applied online. Got arrangement by HR coordinator for a phone interview with Talent acquisition specialist after about a week. Apparently TAS did not read my resume and is not familiar with the industry either. That makes the overall conservation on relevant experiences pointless. TAS more or less sounded like just going over the process with no interests to continue. Maybe it was because of the cold spring in Chicago this year...I am frustrated too. Learned lesson and won't waste my time again in the future.

Phone Screen then In-Person interview with 3 panel interviews (3 groups of 2 people). Some people were more prepared than others and at least 2 were missing. No contact after the interview, not even a rejection.

HR received CV and make call for initial interview if they think you met some requirements, then submit the comments to HM for selection, and arrange for next turn, and wait for another 30days for con-call interview
