On site gym, nice trails around campus, negotiate a higher pay when you join or never see the money again
Cons
Low salaries combined with no raises or bonuses even when company is reporting record profit. Systems and processes are too messy, your supervisor is stretched too thin to coach you or advocate for you. Top employees leaving is always a sign that they are privy to something not everyone knows. Long hours due to global locations, growing too fast without the infrastructure to scale so a lot of redundancies. A lot of work is being dumped on the overseas teams who are compensated even poorly.
