I applied online, got a video interview, and then I got a 60 minute technical interview with 2 engineers. The questions were mainly about my work experiences and how I accomplished my tasks. I was answering everything correctly and professionally until something happened with our signal. They could not hear me so they told me they would hang up and try again. They did not call me, so I tried to call them. I ended up calling an employee in their sales department with no knowledge of this interview. Next, I reached out to the HR person who set up the interview to tell her to tell them I am still ready for the interview. I was ignored yet again. After sending another follow up email, the HR person responded with not an apology, but a rejection. I am incredibly disappointed with this farce of an interview. It is a despicable travesty how I treat Molex's employees with nothing but respect and professionalism while they have the audacity to ignore me. I feel incredibly disrespected that they were unwilling to speak with me for more than 30 minutes. I originally viewed Molex as a respectable company, but after making every effort to reconnect with my interviewers only to be rejected, my view of Molex as a symbol of professionalism has been utterly tarnished.

Question 1
How did you do complete this task during your time at (work experience)? Follow up with very specific question(what material did you use? What were the temperature ranges for your project?)
Overall it was fine. The interview was mostly behavioral and the interviewer was more on the chill side where they talked like a person rather than just some hr person.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work at Molex?
It was a very easy interview, but had a few rounds. I would say just come up with good stories and be confident in what you are saying. One more thing is fit - they also look at the person to see if they are motivated or no
