I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MongoDB in Aug 2019
Interview
I had applied for their Contract Recruiter position and a couple of days later I had received a request from their recruiter who is interested in my profile. We set up a phone screen and a day prior to the phone screen there were a couple of other recruiter position posted. I had applied for those as well. During the interview process we have gone through some q&a session. Things were going well, then I brought up the fact that I applied for other positions besides the Contract role.
The recruiter said he noticed but we're not going to consider you for those, I asked why? He said well you have done contract and consulting, to which I agree, but that's not all I want to do. He didn't like that and just said he would get back to me. Within 24 hours I get a rejection letter. Screw you MongoDB, if your not going to invest in me, I don't want to waste my time.
