Sales Challenge is demanding and requires a lot of preparation but is very helpful to get you to start thinking about what the team is looking for from their reps.

1 interview with Recruiter for initial screening, then had 2 other interviews with different management levels, and finally a hands-on challenge which definitely required a lot of preparation and put my skills to the test.
