After applying to Montclair State University's costume shop through a career fair, I received an email scheduling the interview. The employer was very helpful and flexible, letting me choose a time of my liking. I actually went in for the interview the same day I received the email and was greeted with surprise and a friendly atmosphere. My employer asked a few questions and went on to give me a small test to see how well I was able to learn and follow directions. Afterwards, we discussed aspects of the job such as what would be required of me and what I would be doing.
