The interview process was pretty typical and straightforward, I was interviewed by two different managers at the same time, who both offered me a position, one outpatient one inpatient. They were very nice but also professional and offered lots of opportunity to ask questions. We sat in a public place in the hospital’s cafe, which made things a bit more casual.
