Morgan Stanley Finance Intern interview questions

First of all, there is a 5-minute interview with HR. They ask basic questions regarding the field, for me the questions were about accruals, bonds, financial options etc. Secondly (if you made it to the next round), there is an interview with the team manager and director. They ask questions to get to know you better and regarding your CV. Then, they inquire about your accounting/finance knowledge(similar to the first interview but they dig a bit deeper ) and skills in Excel or any experience with programming languages. They also test you problem-solving skills. After that the HR calls and ask you administrative questions and they tell you that if you got the job, they will call you. In the other case, they will send you an email. After that there is a security/ background check (if you got the job). Be prepared it is a long process!!

3 questions, recorded responses, one related to finance, two behavioral. The interview process allowed respondents to record themselves twice, with the first response used as a practice if desired. Responses were a maximum of 1 minute long.
