CV then it was a cover letter, followed by numerical reasoning tests and verbal reasoning tests. Next was the hireview which had more than average questions, finally the assessment centre
I applied online. I then completed a hirevue response. After a few weeks, I was invited for a first-round phone interview. The interviewer was very kind and supportive. Overall a good experience.

Interview
Didn’t feel conversational throughout interview but it was basically just behavioral questions like you would see anywhere nothing technical for the first round. Depends on your interviewer in my opinion
