Online numerical test as a first stage; first telephone interview with a business rep (analyst), strengths based, some commercial awareness stuff, them talking about their position; second telephone interview: usually shorter, huge focus on CV, cover & some commercial awareness. Both analysts were quite friendly and patient. Be sure to talk calmly and to prepare questions to ask the interviewer.
