The partners I spoke with were very nice and gave a lot of information about the position. They asked normal questions about my experience, etc… nothing out of the ordinary. The interview was via zoom.
There was an initial interview with recruiter. I then moved to the next round and had subsequent interviews with two other attorneys in the firm and final interview with managing partner
There was a virtual interview with managing partner who was based in Kentucky. He told me about the pay structure and pitched an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business.
