Morgan & Morgan Litigation Assistant interview questions

My recruiter answered every one of my many questions thoroughly and connected me with a great attorney whom upon my second interview, liked me so much she pushed for me to receive an offer immediately. Although benefits are a little expensive, I was able to negotiate a higher hourly pay rate so make up for that down side and they offered me flexible hours which works great for me as a working mom. I am curious to see how these “bonuses” work for my job title.
