I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morningstar DBRS in Mar 2016
Interview
It was a typical 45 minute phone interview where we went over my resume and then I answered a few questions having to do with the position I was applying for. The interviewer seemed a little disorganized and you could hear them typing loudly over the phone. Overall it was nothing special, it was just a typical phone interview and was very not exciting.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Morningstar DBRS (New York, NY) in Jun 2015
Interview
3 different 45 minute interviews, a number of difficult excel questions, a lot of it is behavioral and they want to see how you might interact with others and they base a lot of the interview off how much of an impression you make on them in a behavioral sense. Technical questions are still there but they focus more on whether they like you or not.
