Took about about two weeks or so. Included phone interview, a writing test, and then in-person interview including a writing test. Phone interview included a couple people from the firm asking different questions.

Three-stage interview: screening interview, team interview, then writing sample. They were pretty informal, and everyone was excellent at answering questions. My advice would be make sure you prepare for the writing interview -- they love a good sample.
