Mountain America Credit Union Project Manager interview questions

I was first contacted to setup a phone interview. I was asked around 7 situation questions where I had to answer with an example from my career and share the results. The next round was an in-person interview and this is where it all went weird. I applied for a Product Manager interview but the guy who was to interview me was looking for a temporary Project Manager. Two other guys showed up about 10 minutes late to the interview. One was totally checked out and not interested at all. I think he even took my picture with his phone. I was talking to one of the other guys to my right when this guy snapped my picture. I just saw a bright flash from his phone and looked over to see him holding it up on the table and acting like nothing happened. The questions they asked were off the top of their head and it felt very disorganized.
