Initial phone interview with a lead programmer to go over my background experiences and what I was looking for in a company. The onsite interview was great. I met up with most of the employees and they were truly interested about my work experiences and how it would fit into the position I applied for. Next day, a follow up call by Movemedical with a few more questions. The best part is the entire hiring process took about a week.

The interview process was very creative and effective; the best interview I have had. The company / interviewers took plenty of time asking probing questions and providing solid feedback on the position, business domain, and the direction of the company. Although I did not have the experience they were looking for, this seems like it would be a great company to work for.
