Interview
In this case there was just a face to face interview - no oral/ phone screen. Panel interview including community members and staff from other teams. I had about 30 - 45 minutes for the interview and there were 5 or 6 questions. I was given questions ahead of time to take a look at. I believe they were given to me the night before which was really helpful. I felt the interview process was really meant to bring the best out of the applicants.

Submit online application with several (3-5) supplemental questions, then phone screening one on one (usually with someone from HR), then a panel interview with 3-5 people, then finalist interview with hiring manager. People in the interview process were people who knew the role or who worked closely with person who will fill position. Only problem was it took a long, long time with slow responses.
