Interview
Applied online, got an email back a week later that scheduled an on campus interview the following week. The interview was very casual. Just talking with a manage and a technical person about past projects, skills and behavioral.
Very Conversational. It was running through my resume and them describing the job they had to offer. It then went on to specifics and how I could fit in with their mission goal.

Interview
It was pretty light and a lot of behaviorals. Basically just wanted to see if you are willing to learn and see how your skills would be able to benefit projects.
