      Technical Writer Interview

      Mar 18, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Lake Oswego, OR
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at NAVEX (Lake Oswego, OR) in Mar 2019

      Interview

I received an email from HR requesting that I take an online assessment. The assessment was psychological and the software was crap, locking up during the timed assessment. I was asked to contact the assessment software company to resolve the problem, which I thought was unprofessional. I made it to the second interview and wasn't sure how it went. I made it to a third (team) interview and answered all of the questions well but still wasn't given an offer. Looking back, I feel it was a waste of my time. They clearly don't know what they want, and certainly don't want to pay going rate for good talent. It's likely best to look elsewhere.
